Privacy policy

• Your name, mobile number and optional email.
• Delivery area and address, or the branch you collect from.
• Your orders and answers to medicine safety questions.
• Prescriptions you send us.
• Payment confirmations from Paystack. We never see or store your card or mobile money PIN.

To check your order is safe, process payment, arrange delivery or collection, contact you about your order, and keep the records a pharmacy must keep by law.

Only our staff who need it. Prescriptions can be opened only by our pharmacists and the owner, and every view is recorded. We share only what is needed with Paystack for payment and with the delivery rider for your address and phone number. We do not sell your information.

We keep order and prescription records for as long as pharmacy rules in Ghana require, then delete them.

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep. Contact us from the contact page.
