Returns and refunds

For your safety, medicines that have left the pharmacy can't be resold. Here is when we can help.

Medicines we can't take back

Once a medicine has left our care we can't check how it was stored, so we don't accept returns of medicines you no longer need or have opened.

When we refund or replace

You received the wrong item or pack.
The item arrived damaged, tampered with or past its expiry date.
A pharmacist could not approve your prescription or order. You get a full refund of the online payment.
You cancel before your order is dispatched.

Please tell us within 48 hours of receiving your order and keep the item and packaging.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the mobile money wallet, card or bank account you paid with. The delivery fee is paid to the rider, so it is not part of an online refund.
